Ritz Chicken

I am glad that this is chicken month. I went to Albertson's a couple of weeks ago and had them package 40 lbs of chicken for me. It was on sale for $1.69 per lb, how can you say no to that? My freezer is packed and I can use more recipes!

I love this recipe because it is fast and easy and my kids will eat it.

chicken breasts
1 pkg of smashed Ritz crackers
butter
garlic salt


Melt butter and add garlic salt. Dip chicken breast in butter on both sides, then dip in crackers and place in pyrex dish. Continue until all chicken has been coated. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
