Pecan Pear Tossed Salad


Alright really last one, but I saw this one sitting right next to the other one in the recipe book and remembered that this was great too!

Salad:
4 medium ripe pears, thinly sliced
2 tsp lemon juice (toss pears with lemon juice and then discard juice)
8 cups torn salad greens
2/3 cup pecan halves, toasted
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese or blue cheese

Dressing:
2 Tbsp fresh raspberries (press through a sieve and discard seeds)
3/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsps cider vinegar
2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp of sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp pepper

Put dressing ingredients in jar and shake!  Drizzle over salad.
