2-3 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
1/2 lb curly noodles, cooked and cooled
1/2 lb seedless grapes (cut in half)
2 apples cubed (get a firmer more crunchy apple so it stays better longer)
2 stalks of celery diced
3-4 green onions, diced
1 cup cashews
Dressing
1/2 c mayonaise
1/2 c miracle whip
1 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp curry powder (optional)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Add everything together except the cashews. Add cashews right before serving. (I added them once the night before and they were kinda chewy-yuck!)
