Blackberry Chocolate Ice Cream

So even though Pasta is on the schedule for July, thought if you have a favorite 4th of July recipe, we could share those as well!

Here is mine!

Blackberry Chocolate Ice Cream
4 beaten eggs
2 1/4 cups of sugar
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups whipping cream
5 cups milk
3/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 1/2 - 2 cups blackberrys (put mine in the blender and really blend them up good, just make sure you have a sieve or something to put the juice through so you don't get all the seeds with it!)

Freeze according to your ice cream maker.
