Marinated Flank Steak

1/2 cup tamari sauce (I used soy sauce, correct if I am wrong but I think tamari sauce is just a dark version of soy sauce)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
3 scallions trimmed and minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix above ingredients together and let flank steak marinade. Then grill! Let meat stand 10 minutes before cutting the steak against the grain into slices.
