Fruit Pizza



Mix:

3/4 cups margarine/ butter

2 cups brown sugar

3 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla

combine then add:

4 cups flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp Cinnamon


roll onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10-12 min-- until golden brown on top. Then top with cool whip v and any of your favorite sliced up fruits. I always like kiwis, bananas, strawberries-- I sometimes will do mandarin oranges or canned pineapple or peaches. I promise-- very yummy!
