Cream Filled Cupcakes

If you like cupcakes, you will LOVE these! My husband says they rival "Sprinkles" cupcakes, but he is a little biased :)!

Directions:
Prepare a cake mix for cupcakes (I use Devil's Food Cake.) Put the batter into paper cups in muffin tins. Add 1 tablespoon (or a little more) of cream filling (recipe below) on top of the cupcake batter. Don't worry, the filling falls into the center of the cupcake as it bakes.

Cream Filling:
1 egg
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar

Beat well until creamy and then stir in a pkg of chocolate chips.

Bake according to cake package directions and frost as desired (cream cheese frosting is the best!)
