I've been meaning to make this and take a picture to post but haven't gotten around to it. I'll post the recipe and then add a picture the next time I make it. This roast is SO EASY and so delicious.
1 rump or chuck roast
2 cans golden mushroom soup
Sprinkle lemon pepper on the roast and brown it in a frying pan. After it is browned put it in the crock pot. Put 2 cans of golden mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water on it. Bake on high for 8 hours. The roast is delicious, and the soup makes the best gravy...perfect on mashed potatoes!
