We are ready to go....

So we are ready to go for May!  Remember that May's theme is some type of a beef dish.  My sister-in-law did was great enough to do a layout for us and put a recipe on here for an example.  By the way great dish, made it tonight for dinner (actually that is my picture below...).  Anyways just a few things, make sure that you put a label on your post so that when the recipes start to pile up you can just click on the side and get all main dishes etc.  So we don't have a million labels please use one of the labels from this list.
